RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES – FLAT FEE (NO METER)

All residential is billed semi-annual

• April 1 to Sept 30
• October 1 to March 31

Single Family

• Minimum Charge $160.00
• Up to 2 Baths
• Every additional bath $42.50

Apartment House

• Duplex - $160.00 per side = $320.00
• Triplex - $160.00 per side = $480.00
• Etc…

POOL BILLING

All pools are billed on an annual basis

• April 1 to March 31
• $15.00 above ground
• $25.00 in ground
• $20.00 initial fill – one time charge

COMMERCIAL METER ACCOUNTS

• All commercial buildings will be billed on a meter rate of $0.30/100 gallons used
• All commercial buildings will be billed at a minimum of $320.00 per year
• A meter charge of $100.00 per year will be billed in 2 installments of $50.00 each
• All meters will be the responsibility of the Dalton Fire District Water Department
